Returns & Exchanges

At RAW MIT, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all RAW MIT garment tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
